Fundación para la Innovación y el desarrollo en la educación y la emprendeduria (from now IDEE) is a non-profit organization, whose main mission is to develop quality skills and competences for the personal and professional development of young people. Its vision is to create an inclusive, resilient, and adaptable society with qualified young people, ready to develop the jobs of the future with respect and open-minded attitude. ur values are to be give tools being helpful, active listeners and empathetic, and competent to help young people to develop personally and professionally.
IDee was born 11 years ago from the need of giving skills and competencies to young people from the nonformal education perspective and connecting young people with the labor world from an international perspective. Our society needs young people prepared to be working for a new society with many challenges regarding digitalization and social changes and we want to give the tools to be able to live successfully in this society. We believe that to develop an open and inclusive society, and avoid radicalization it is necessary to promote international experiences that help young people to understand that the difference is something enriching.
Therefore, internationalization will be the tool to meet our goals of giving competences and skills to young people and at the same time avoid radicalization and being inclusive.
IDee activities will make develop key competences like languages and softskills like adaptability, resilience, independence, teamwork, internationalization.
Our main activities
- Hosting organization for Higher Vocational and University students. We help them finding accommodation in Lleida (Spain) , work placements in many specialities like – education, languages, marketing, administration, IT, design…- and also we give support and help with paper work.
- Giving support to HEI Vocational Colleges: For young people aged 18 to 25 or more. We offer our support through conferences, personal interviews, and meetings with counsellors, giving advice for future employment, and promoting internationalization as a way of obtaining very important skills for professional and personal development.
- Giving tools to young people, to gain skills: We offer lectures and conferences to promote internationalization and to demonstrate all the skills that one person can acquire when having activities abroad like volunteering or training.
- Organizing activities abroad to promote multilingualism as a key competence to work in Europe. Culture is an important aspect of our activities since we want our participants to improve the feeling of European citizenship.
- Volunteering: we are a sending organization in the Erasmus+ program from 2015 We are sending volunteers from all over Spain to have experiences abroad. We work closely with some EU organizations, and we send them volunteers all through the year. We also receive volunteers in our organization.
- Exchange programs for young people from 16 to 28 years old – We are part of some programs to promote mobility for young people with non-profit organizations.
- Promote internationalization from the same country hosting volunteers and trainees that want to come to Spain to volunteer or do their training.

- Marketing: Work in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, International Affairs, Communication and spreading experience to others.
- IT: Hardware and IT mantenance in a company
- Tourism: Working with international affairs in a company, managing groups for trips , flights, activities , presentations.

Skills & Competences required
We want students to be skilled and with a degree necessary for the job they are applaying to.A part from that language skills will be necessary specially English with at least a B2 level or Spanish at B2 level.

We want every student to have a great experience learning about what’s the meaning of work, the attitude in front of work and all the skills related to the subject they have studied.
We want students to remember their experience during lifetime because what they have learned regarding their job , their skills and their abilities as well as because the warmest and professionalism of people around them.
Tenerife Job Training was established in 2009 and based in the south of Tenerife, one of the main tourism centers in Spain. Our commitment is to organize and evaluate vocational trainings and internships for European students as intermediary organisation. Tenerife is a multicultural island receiving more than 3 million visitors per year, offering a professional net of companies working on tourism market with more than 50 years experience. The traditions, culture and landscapes of the island offer also possibilities in other areas for projects related to sustainable industry, sports, traditions, ocean resources etc….As a mature tourisms destination, Tenerife is the perfect field to have the first contact with the labor market surrounded by experts.
Our students enjoy internships periods, job shadowing experiences or EVS in companies and institutions between two to six months. The quality of the selected companies is the key of the success of youth experiences.
Participants are always supervised by TJT. During the period of training, the participant will be monitored by a personal mentor selected at the company/institution as well as TJT staff. Up to now TJT takes personal care of every participant arriving in the island for a mobility experience, using our particular tools to guarantee the quality of the training. Personal and direct contact with every student, mentor and company trainer is the key of a successful experience. This is been like a handcraft work which has created a quality brand name of training: TJT. We also host a coworking space where digital nomads enjoy a space to work and connect during working hours.

Specific learning about the tourism industry in Tenerife as 90% of our students perform their internship in hotels and tourism companies in the island.

After a first induction period when the trainee will be able to understand the working of the host organisation and get acquainted with the main job tools, she will support the European Project Manager in the tasks outlined below.
Skills & Competences required
The trainee will have the opportunity to get, improve and refine knowledge, skills and competences regarding the European Project Management, the functioning of the European Institutions, Communication, Web Page Design and content management, Spanish and English Languages.
Learning outcomes of the internship:
To provide support in the project management process as per the following tasks and duties:
- Assist to project management preparation and procedures
- Assist to projects coordination and implementation
- Coordination of European collaborators network database
- Use of internet social media tools
