Staff Mobilities
for Teaching
Offers financial support for a teaching period abroad. The main condition for this teaching period to be granted is that it must be part of a mobility programme agreed between universities holding the Erasmus University Charter (ECHE), with a specific inter-institutional agreement in place.

Who can apply?
- Professors and researchers of Universities partner of the Consortium
Which mobilities are eligible?
- Between 1 to 5 days (+ 2 days of voyage)
Where you can do your mobility?
- Universities holding ERASMUS (ECHE) University Charter with which a specific interinstitutional agreement has been concluded.

Grant Application Information
How to apply?
Applications should be submitted via e-mail info@heiconsortium.com, together with the following documents:
- Application form (downloadable from the web page)
- Mobility Agreement duly signed and stamped for acceptance by the candidate, the person in charge of the institution of higher education to which they belong and the host institute/enterprise;
- Interinstitutional Agreement;
- Model of self-assessment of language knowledge/competencies;
- Curriculum Vitae on European model.

After Application
What you should do
- Agree the dates of the mobility with the host organisation and the NHEI Consortium.
- The NHEI Consortium will prepare the financial agreement, which will be emailed to you. You will need to fill it out with your personal information and bank details, sign it, scan it and email it to info@heiconsortium.com.

Offers financial support the professional development of technical administrative and teaching staff in the form of training events abroad combined with periods of job shadowing and observation training at a partnering University or a foreign company. Excluded for this grant are conference / event participations
